On January 29, 2000, The Plain Dealer published an article on an intensive, six-hour Hebrew class at the Cleveland College of Jewish Studies entitled, "Hebrew on One Foot." The course, which is offered four times throughout the year at the college and once a year at nine other sites in the Greater Cleveland area, is sponsored by the Moreshet, the joint literacy project of the college and the Jewish Education Center of Cleveland.
