2020 Research Associate
Meredith is a first-year Masters of Theological Studies student at Harvard Divinity school. Her research focuses on the varied experiences of women in conservative religious traditions, as well as the connection between religious identity and white nationalism in the American west. As an undergraduate at St. Olaf College, she conducted digital ethnographic research examining dimensions of agency and social power among women in Fundamentalist Christian traditions (as well as occasionally indulging her love of theistic existentialism). After working in youth social services, she is excited to get her feet back into the research waters, and to support the important work of the Pluralism Project.
