Tell us when you want to deport Laibar Singh and we'll give him to you.
That's the message from a committee of six prominent members of the Lower Mainland's South Asian community to the federal government. The six put their names to a news release saying the paralyzed Singh should be sent back to India.
Singh was granted sanctuary in Surrey's Guru Nanak Sikh temple in December and is still there.
The committee has offered Singh $100,000 for medical care and the support of his family if he returns to India.
