On November 19, 2004 icCoventry reported, "Hundreds of Sikhs will march around Coventry this weekend to raise money for good causes. Up to 500 people are expected to take part in the popular annual charity walk on Sunday. The walk will begin at the Nanaksar Gurdwara Guru Sikh Temple, in Foleshill Road, Foleshill, at 10am. The event, called the Guru Tegh Bahadur Charity Walk, is organised by the Sikh Union Club Coventry with the support of Coventry Cathedral, CV One, various city churches, Hindu Mandirs and all Sikh Gurdwaras."
