For 30 years, Sharon Patterson said she observed pagan rituals by herself.
“It was lonely,” she said sitting behind her tarot card table, wearing a red and black, hand-made Elizabethan-era dress and hat with long red and black feathers.
Then after living out of state for many years, she returned home to the Louisville area in the early 1990s and found someone else with a five-pointed pentacle necklace – a pagan symbol – while attending the University of Louisville.
