A 19-year-old northeastern Pennsylvania woman is getting nine to 18 months in state prison for vandalizing a synagogue.
Nora Rynkiewicz of Factoryville apologized in court at her sentencing Monday. Wilkes-Barre police say and a female juvenile spray-painted references to Nazi Germany on the building of Congregation Ohav Zedek in March.
