On April 5, 2002, the Los Angeles Times reported that "a series of 'living room dialogues' will aim to foster better understanding among people of diverse religions and cultures in the wake of Sept. 11." The meetings are sponsored by the Orange County Human Relations Commission. "Each group of 10 to 15 members representing diverse cultures, religions and backgrounds will meet at least three times in living rooms or public settings across the county to share their thoughts, stories and family histories."
