Muslims and Jews gathered in South Florida to set aside their differences and call for an end to the violence in the Middle East.
On Tuesday night members of both faiths came together in North Miami Beach to condemn the violence that has claimed hundreds of lives.
They also condemned recent demonstrations in South Florida where supporters of Israel squared off against supporters of Gaza.
“We should be able to express our differences in a peaceful manner,” Jack Lieberman of the Jewish American Dialogue Association said.
