For the second time in the past month, ISNA High School in Mississauga has been targeted by vandals. Last night's attack on the Muslim secondary school, which came at 9:55 p.m. with about 100 people inside the building's mosque for last prayer of the day, shattered a window. Students are set to return to the South Sheridan Way school in two weeks. According to reports, two male teens rode up to the back of the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) building on bicycles and threw a foot-wide slab of concrete through a window. "It is sad that some people are coming to this, to vandalism, especially at a religious building that relies on donations," said M.D. Khalid, chair of the ISNA Islamic School Board, which runs the private school. The slab of concrete, which appeared to be a chunk of patio stone, was thrown through the window of the building's control room, where the facility's lights and temperature are controlled. Peel Regional Police say they are investigating the incident.
