On June 20, 2003 Public Opinion reported that "an interfaith day camp in Sharpsburg, Md., Thursday brought children from different religions together... Approximately 40 children ages seven to 12 and more than a dozen teens and adults gathered at Shepherd's Spring Conference Center... The goals of the camp were to help children of different faiths get to know each other and gain a better understanding of their religions... religious organizations include the Baha'i of Jefferson County, W.Va.; St. Agnes Catholic Church of Shepherdstown... 'I wanted to learn more about other faiths,' said Hasan Pasha, 14, Hagerstown, a member of the Islamic Society."
