Nationally recognized Jewish, Christian and Muslim leaders will hold a press conference on Tuesday, October 7 in Washington, DC to speak out against an anti-Muslim film called "Obsession," which is being distributed to 28 million households in election swing states by a shadowy non-profit group called the Clarion Fund.

Hosted by the Interfaith Alliance, the press conference will feature leaders from the National Association of Evangelicals, the Fellowship of Reconciliation, the Islamic Society of North America, and the Muslim Public Affairs Council.

MPAC will also present an interfaith statement, signed by more than two dozen Christian, Jewish and Muslim leaders around the country, voicing their "deep concern over the recent distribution of a deeply divisive and anger-provoking DVD" which undermines "our common and cherished beliefs by inciting fear and furthering ignorant stereotypes."
