WAYNESBORO - A nonprofit organization hopes to fulfill the need for affordable housing in Waynesboro.
Interfaith Housing Alliance Inc. of Frederick has sought funding to build 37 three-bedroom townhomes on the south side of town. Families of four who fall within the 40 to 60 percent median income range in Franklin County would be eligible for reduced rent.
