The Association of Bridal Consultants (www.bridalassn.com), based in Milford, Conn., has a director of ethnic diversity. Gerard J. Monaghan, president of the 4,000-member group, said, 'I'll go out on a limb and say that probably 40 (percent) to 60 percent of all weddings today incorporate something from the couple's heritage.' "
