Local ministers and spiritual leaders are invited to participate in an Inauguration Day interfaith candlelight prayer vigil to be held Tuesday, Jan. 20, at 8 p.m. at Expressions Center, 2310 Clement Ave. The event is sponsored by the Alameda Spiritual Living Center (ASLC), an interfaith spiritual center.

The Rev. Ouida J. Cooper-Rodriguez, founder and senior minister of ASLC, is inviting Alameda faith communities to come together to pray for President Barack Obama, his administration, his team, his family, his vision, his calling and his life.
