This is the first picture which shows how a multi-million-pound Hindu temple for Exeter might look.
The computer-generated image of the modern-looking temple with an adjoining function hall has been released by the trustees behind the scheme, who hope to have it up and running within five years.
The driving force behind the proposal, Prem Sivlal, said: "This is a computer-generated temple plan just to give people an idea of what the temple will look like, bearing in mind this is going to be a contemporary, one of a kind, in Europe."
Several supporters attended a recent public meeting in which further details of the proposed project were unveiled.
Mr Sivlal had previously said they would be looking at a site in the city centre, but because of how much the project had grown this would no longer be possible.
