Suzanne Oliver grew up Catholic in Kansas City, moved to New York and became a financial journalist, a mother and an Episcopalian.
Nothing in that broad outline of a life, Oliver acknowledged, particularly qualified her to co-author The Faith Club, a book urging everyday Christians, Muslims and Jews to sit down together, dissect their own faiths and explain their beliefs to one another.
But then she and two other moms did just such a thing, brought their separate but commonplace religious perspectives to the table.
