MANIPPUR: Eleven people were killed in the clashes between Hindu and Christian tribes in an Indian state of Manipur.
According to a British tv channel, the series of clashes between the Hindu and the Christian tribes began in Morya, a city of Manipur. Due to tense situation, police imposed curfew in the entire city.
Manipur police chief J. Kumar Singh told the British television that these incidents of violence took place after the murder of a Hindu youth.
