Hôun-an offers formal Zen practice at the Cambridge Buddhist Association in the Rinzai-ji style. The meetings are concurrent with the CBA’s Zazen-kai, which has been in existence since the beginning of the organization in 1957. The focus of the meetings is on Zazen (seated meditation), Kinhin (walking meditation), and chanting.
